Disgusting and dishonest - I have been handed over to a debt collector without ever receiving a statement to notify me there is an outstanding amount. How do you just hand someone over to a debt collector without sending the patient a statement first? I have never received any communication from you regarding this matter? Should I also guess the banking details without a statement?
