Pathetic service

The service at Phuthaditjhaba qwaqwa lab is so pathetic, my mother did the test with the lab, we requested the lab to print out the results for us, they refused, the manager and his staff ganged against us and told us we must go to the GP we consulted with. That time we wanted the result so that we can consult with specialist. We can not be treated like we got their services for free.No health facility should refused patient to access their medical records. People should avoid this lab, there are other better labs like Pathcare, and Ampath which give proper service and save human life
