PATHETIC SERVICE

What a useless company this is. I had a rapid test conducted at the Tzaneen Clinic on Monday 30 August at 14h00. After having taken the swab I was informed that I would have the results before 16h00, and this after I enquired on arrival and was told I would have the result in 15 minutes. 16h00 came and I was then told 17h00. 17h00 came and I was then told the next morning before 08h00. The story repeated itself on the hour from 08h00 through to 11h00 with promises of we will get back to you within 10 minutes. The rudeness, the absolute contempt shown for a customers requirements, boggles the mind in this day and age, and I would certainly not advise anyone to make use of their services, no matter how desperate you may be. Even calling their head office in Cape Town produced no results as they tried to worm their way out of it by stating that they are the Clairemont branch and not the head office, yet they answered on the head office number on their website. SHOCKING, SHOCKING, SHOCKING.
