No receipt issued.

I took a Covid test on the first week of Dec 2020 and when I made a payment I requested them for a receipt of which the cashier told me that I will only get it if my results are negative of which it doesnt make sense. My results came back quicker of which I was happy about and I've called them numerous time to request them to give me my receipt of which they haven't. They giving me email addresses that no one responds to them when you writing an email. Last week I had to drive to their branch in Claremont and of which I regretted. I met a receptionist by the name of Adele and she is so rude and cant talk proper to customers. She gave me a bad service and I would appreciate if I can get my receipt please. I'm totally disgraced about the after service. Ref COV00948
