Incorrect results that led to emotional and financial trauma

I had the most disappointing experience with Hamadi lab which i think qualifies for medical malpractice, and i am currently looking for a law firm to take my case. On 14 May 2024 i went to the Doctor, who sent my blood samples to Hamadi Lab for testing. The results came back with a life threatening outcome which necessitated that i be referred to a physician immediately. Upon seeing the results from Hamadi, he ordered more blood tests and undertook further tests. I subsequently received a call from the lab informing me that there was an error, and that the results they sent were incorrect, and that I do not have to go to a specialist.

Unfortunately when I received the call, I had already been to the Physician. The challenge that I have is that the actions that happened after the results have affected me emotionally and financially. The consultation to the specialist and the tests undertaken have now negatively affected the medical aid benefits of my whole family.

I have been engaging with Hamadi Lab from 20 May 2024, and provided all the proof they requested. The finally undertook to pay me back for the benefits lost as s result of their mistake. However they are now non responsive and keep making promises that they are not keeping, and the year is coming to an end. I informed that i need to access the benefits, but there is no urgency on their side to finalise the matter. I am also going to inform my medical aid, so that they are aware. My first experience with Hamadi Lab, had turned out to be the worst experience
