Hamadi travelling disappointment

Went for Covid test with Hamadi Clinical Laboratory, required for travelling. Flight was booked 9th Jan 2020. Test was done by Hamadi Clinical Laboratory on the 7th Jan the next day at 14:00pm a msg came through from Hamadi Clinical Laboratory saying that test is being processed. 12 hours later, day of the flight still no results!! After a msg my number was requested AGAIN!!My plane was leaving at 10 am on the 9th Jan& still nothing. Who should be responsible for the cost of the rescheduling my flight??? This as a business is completely unacceptable. I will never use or recommend this business to anyone, especially when travelling as they are unreliable& uncontactable.
