Hamadi Labs : Outstanding Payment Complaint

I just received an SMS from you guys on a number that i have never given you saying that I have not paid my account and you added extra fees.

How can this be possible when you guys NEVER sent me any communication with a bill to pay neither did you call me I did not even know that there was outstanding fees.

Kindly advise urgently it is against the law to add fees or take any action to an account where you have not even communicated with the client.

This is absolutely unacceptable and i will be taking this matter further
