Hamadi labs Claremont and poor service

Had a test done on the 28th of December for Covid 19 at their labs in Claremont. Although I have medical aid I was told to pay cash and claim back from my medical aid. I have called on numerous occasions, send so many emails asking and begging for my statement as I need to forward it to Gems. Not a single response from the Claims department. Horrible service.
