Hamadi lab - what a disgrace

Utterly disturbed by lack of protocol and disregard presented by a staff member at Hamadi lab today. The guy doing the Covid swabs didn't change gloves he wore for 3 patients before me. When I insisted on him changing his gloves, he was abrupt and rude. This is unacceptable as it's a way of spreading Covid. Dispicable behavior and needs to seen to immediately.
