False information from the clinic about their shutdown

I got tested at the clinic on Wednesday and I still haven't gotten my results. After numerous phonecalls, it was posted on the news that the clinic has been shut down and no one at the clinic informed me of it. They just claimed they have a backlog. I have three family members who have covid-19, hence me getting tested. I have been waiting anxiously for the results to protect my daughter of 3 years old.
