Disorganised and badly run

I went for the COVID PCR and antibody test in late December (Claremont in CT) PRO the lab was open till late at night CON Queue system and building doesn't allow for proper distancing Office seems to be a random collection of supply rooms without any ventilation, not a properly designed medical facility Almost impossible to get hold of an invoice to claim from medical aid Results took over 2 days to be returned
