COVID TEST **** !

This place is a ****. AVOID at all costs !!

I went with my wife and two kids to have a PCR test on 31/12 after having exposure to other family members who had tested positive and had symptoms. We were quickly attended as there was no queue. Filled in necessary forms and had the nasal swab. We received our results 38hrs later. All four of us were given as POSITIVE. Which was very strange as we all felt fine and had no strong symptoms of any kind. The results email sent by Hamadi had totally incorrect data on it. My wife and youngest son had wrong DoB info stating my wife had 9 yrs old and my 8yr was stated as 22 yrs old !! Total incompetence !!

The results had absolutely no integrity and thus we went to Next-Discovery testing site in Bree Street where the professionalism and data collection is on another level. Results were issued in 10 hrs !!! And of course we all tested NEGATIVE !!

I have tried calling Hamadi several times to make a claim for refund. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get through to them. You are kept holding on for HOURS!! After which the calls cuts off! I can’t go there and discuss as there is always a queue outside with people highly likely to be infected! I have emailed them making a complaint with zero reply!!

I will not be surprised if their testing is SHUT DOWN as I believe it should be! So take my experience as a lesson to get tested with Next-Discovery or PathCare !
