Filthy room, bathroom was very mouldy and bath was not clean. Long hair was found in basin. Bed was unmade, no pillowcases. No towels, no wifi. No hot beverages in room not even a teas****s. No towels either. Room was not even vacuumed. Dust everywhere. The next day I was sent a survey to complete and again lodged my complaints. The 19th I sent another email this time with photos I took on my cell phone.
