Bad service and not organized

Very bad service from the hotel I booked for 2 bedrooms because I'm traveling my husband and 3 kids have been calling them almost every day everything was fine. When I got there yesterday they showed me one bedroom, I told them that I didn't book for that room they said someone has sold my family room without checking the availability. They did not call me and tell me about the changes they waited for me to travel from far, It was starting to be dark, they ruined my weekend and my husband's birthday. I don't recommend them at all they are not organized.
