5 Star Halyards hotel and Spa. Port Alfred. Not even worth 1 single star

Terrible. rooms not fit for paying accomodation. Manager advised us that the management ate aware of the state of the suite of rooms does not meet the standards but let it out anyway 1. Carpets ripped. 2. Light switch broken 3. Side lights broken 4. Bath filthy 5. Ceiling paint peeling and paint falling off 6. Balcony rotten and very unsafe 7. Wooden skirting and door frames wet and rotten 8. toaster cracked and fire hazard 9. Stove plates pealing 10. Windows don't close 11. Curtains have holes 12. Curtains off curtain rails 13. Bedding does not fit bed Many more to mention This is disgusting. The amount of money spent on thus accomodation is not worth it. This suit does not even meet one star. I am extremely unhappy but unfortunatly I have paid up front so am stuck foe the easter weekend in a dump. So.ething has to be done about this hotel. It is a health hazard and a *******
