Sheer incompetence and misappropriation of funds

I have complained about this on numerous on occasions to no avail but will be relentless in my fight for Justice. During or about August 2010 i gave Shanell Singh appr 129 files for debt collecting to the value of about R6 279 000 which we mutually agreed her company Halse Haveman and Lloyd would take 25% of all funds collected. But through incompetance and most certainly misapropriation of funds as she told me on numerous occasions telephonically that monies had been collected which is logical if you have 129 creditors with full particulars , and no response i complained on this page they called n meeting and by sheer ************ tactics met with me alone ad about 10 lawyers. I did not stand back and walked out of the meeting the Victor. During this meeting her CEO Paul Roberts promised all would be investigated ad i would be paid my money ad she would get her act together. This did not happen ad as an end result on pressure from my side it was decided they would no longer act on my behalf. They refused to return my files and said blatantly \ Get the court to order us\" this was obvious they were hiding evidence, because its my property. Be warned of their dishonest culture. "
