Laser Treatment but No honestly of completing the work correctly

I went to Halo Laser treatment wellness clinic several times to do full face laser removal treatment. The owner who conducted the treatment, she keeps talking about God instead of doing her work correctly. Because I'm transgender woman and she's not willing to remove the hair from my face which it can be done. I think she's transphobic and she's trying to stop me from removing the hair from my face. I paid her for the job but she's not doing the right thing. When I confronted her through whatsapp message, she ignored my concern and she keeps on sending me messages about God instead of resolving my matter. Her work practice it's completely ********* in terms of treating me with no honestly at all.
