Appalling customer service!

Customers BEWARE! There's a trashy troll at this store! What an AWFUL experience I've had at Halls hardware today. The owner (Brad) is the most obnoxious person I've ever dealt with, with absolutely no good customer service at all. We picked out an item and Brad looked at my partner and then said, "Oh she's got the ****** money!" How rude?! We then realized that the price of what we 'impulse' bought was R250 more. We went back to return it. Geez, he was shaking his head, and said, "No No No! I cant help you. This is going to cost more money as it was paid through a card machine... How could you make this mistake? I don't care if you bought it an hour ago!" He was literally screaming! His assistant, Cookie, that tried to save face, helped us atleast get a credit note. I, together with family and friends, will never return to the store again. The prices are also very inflated. You'd get better treatment and a good price at builders or Seabreeze. You'd think that whatever is going on in the country will make people abit kinder. I was wrong. Trashy owner and a trashy store!
