Hallmark warrant useless

SHAME ON HALLMARK & TRUWORTHS Do not bother to purchase ANY jewellery from HALLMARK. Their guarantee/warranty means absolutely ZERO. My son got a Hallmark watch for his birthday from his girlfriend. She bought the watch at Truworths in Mokopane. Long story short, today marked the 3rd time he had to return it as it just stopped working. Would have thought that they will replace it by now as they repaired it twice! Unfortunately for us, the warranty card/slip was misplaced (not the 1st two times though) although they have the repair slips on record. They now refuse to help. I also blame Truworths for pulling up their shoulders now. Seems to me like they're now only looking for an excuse. Useless!
