false advertisment

<p>I bought the juice maker which is called Millex Jump start on the 02/ 02 /2017. I was told that it was a 1 year warranty. This is the product that they advitise on TV as the 7 day detox and diet program. I only started using the machine 5 days ago. On the 3rd night, the machine would not work, We had to use the blender. In the morning it worked again. </p> <p>This morning the machine would not work , then I went back to the store to return it for another one.</p> <p>Firstly they told me that It was suppose to have been returned with in seven days if I was not happy with it. I told them that I am happy with it, and the results, and that I have lst 4 kg in 5 days. Then they said it must go for repaires. I asked : how do you send a juice maker for repaires, and what should happen to my program that should only end after 7 days as advetised. The machine is not even a month old since I bought it. They then said they will send a whatsup message to the manager. I was furious because I did not understand why can they not phone because I did not have the whole day. I was told that they had to buy airtime first from another shop, which they did as I was waiting. They finally called a manager who told them to tell me that after two weeks of purchase, the machine must go for repaires. The girl who was helping me Lebo, plugged the machine on, and this time the machine worked. I then asked what happens if it does not work again tomorrow? She rep**** by saying, that is the way it is, it must go for repaires. I said I wanted to speak to the manager myself. She then called again, and the manager said that he would call back in 2 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting, I got more upset and insisted tha she gave me the manager's name and number which she was refusing to provide also. I told her that because she was also giving me the attitude, I was going to call the head office , and write to hello peter using her name. only then she told me that the manager's name was Vincent.</p>
