Bad product and service from Hallmark

<p>We bought a presure cooker from Hallmark online and found the cooker not to work acording to the manual. We also found operating the cooker not to work according to the manual. We were also told that there is a problem with the cooker and that we should return it. Our money will be re-imburesed. It was agreed with Hallmark to return the cooker to the closest outlet which we duly did. however, Hallmark now refuses to re-imburse our money even though they made a promise to do it by email.</p>
