Poor Service -Operating like a ****

Poor services , i brought the house through this company . I went for viewing and i was told everything is working and i was given offer to purchase which mentioned that electric fence is working , pool is closed , blinds will be fitted , all electric lights are working and gate is working . I had shocked of my life after the property was registered under my name. From keys they were not handed to me with spare keys , pool was not working , fence not working , gate not working , and i immediately told the agent that the house is faulty , she told me that owner is on holiday , and she never come back to me and ignored my emails and calls for two years . This company ignored even my legal team like is some **** operation
