Poor Service

rented a flat thru Hall Real Estate, the complex where I was renting from was 59 C....al Place. Before I signed the Lease & Contract I was told it’s a Family Complex. A week after I moved in I was shocked to find out that it’s not what they told me. I e-mailed them on several times and they said they will help me find another place, which they never did. Have all the mails that was send & received. I found a place myself. The complex is full of ******s, fighting drinking & drugs. My deposit that I paid was as following: R4900.00 one month’s rent and R1000.00 electricity Deposit. I gave them 20 days’ notice when I found another place. When I moved out the place was clean & neat. Have pictures to proof what the premises looked like when I moved out. The damage that was there is from when I moved in as per the Damage List done by the Estate Agency. Today they paid me R816.00 back for my Deposit of R5900.00. I also paid a Finder Fee when I paid my deposit. How can they get away with this
