Just being ignored by Agent

I have requested their Agent, Tonzi Sibiya, to contact me back regarding a property that they have listed. I have tried calling her only to have a robot tell me the number doesn't exist. Today my was 6th request over the last 3 weeks. Never in my life have a dealt with an agency with such poor service. If the property was no longer available, I would expect it to be removed from various platforms & at least a mail indicating that it is no longer on the market. But no, I just get ignored.
