Hall Real Estate not living up to their promise

Hall Real Estate found me a tenant for my house. I asked them if the person was properly vetted and they said yes. The tenant moved in and within a week did construction inside my house without permission, is sub letting rooms to various other people. The Hall agents Trevor and Sunny, whom I dealt with was unprofessional and always in a hurry to get me to sign the contract. They also never explained the contract to me. Hall Real Estate took the first month rent and disappeared. Since them I have been trying to get them to deal with their tenant with no luck. I called Hall Real Estate and was promised someone would call me back, nobody did. So basically they gave me a non paying tenant who is destroying my property. Very unprofessional.

Property is 3 Bach Road, Buurendal, Edenvale, 1609.

I am now getting legal assistance. I am also contacting the board for real estate agents. I have photos of the construction on my property.
