Driver hits my car and denies it.

<p>I was shocked when a driver for Hall Real Estate decided to change lanes without warning and hit my car. Although I have evidence of it all, the company denies that this was the case. After I claimed to have the evidence, the CEO of the company told me it was my fault. With evidence and witness in hand, the company refuses to give me any driver/insurance information, whatsoever. Not to mention that the single-cab Nissan NP200 that hit me was carrying 3 passengers in the cab and 4 on the back.</p> <p>I cannot believe the lack of responsibility and accountability of these actions!</p> <p>Unfortunately, as it stands, I do not have money to repair my car, nor fees for a lawyer. It was not much that I was asking for, just for them to attend to the damage caused by them, yet they were completely disinterested in helping me.</p> <p>Wish I knew ways to get these matters resolved.</p>
