Invoice requiired

I took my car to Hall Auto Service Centre August 2025.

The owner said there were a few things that had to be fixed.

When everything was done the owner sent me a message to say the car is ready and that he will be at my gate in a few minutes to drop off the car. I waited then I phoned him, he said he had to go help someone who's car broke down and will come fetch me once he is finished.

I finally got hold of him after 2pm that day. He said he was busy the rest of the day and if I wanted the car to collect it from the garage. When I started the car the petrol light immediately sounded and an alert that looks like a sailboat appeared I contacted him about this. He said that means the car needs water. Why would there not be enough water?

Not long after receiving the car back it starting making a noise. When I switched the car off the noise continued. I have owned the car for more than 10 years and have never heard that sound.

I tried to contact him but he blocked me.

He told me that once I paid in full that I would receive the damaged parts and my Invoice.

We had an arrangement that I can pay off the outstanding money, which I did within a period of 3 months.

I went to the workshop to collect my invoice and parts. He was not there no one could help me. I went back a second time and was told the Invoice Book is full. I went back a third time. The owner was there. He told me that he is unable to give me the old parts and that he cannot remember what work he had done on my car, therefore he is not able to give me an Invoice.

I mentioned that the car had this terrible noise after being repaired by him. He said he never wants to work on my car again.

I need the Invoice for my Paperwork. What can I do.
