Worst experience ever at Halfway Ford

The worst experience ever at any car dealership!!!! Went to look at a car last Friday afternoon. The salesman, Jaco, assisted me. At the end of the discussion I told him that I want to take the car and that I have been pre-approved. Around 16:20 I left and he was going to call me with an offer for my trade-in, and then I was going to return on Saturday to show the car to my wife and do the OTP. He never called me that Friday afternoon. We drove all the way from Blouberg to Kuilsrivier early on Saturday morning and we were at Ford at 09:05. Upon arrival we were informed that the car was sold yesterday afternoon at 16:30. Nobody communicated with me in any way that the car was sold or that I needed to give a holding deposit or anything the previous day. I'm also up to now still waiting for the manager to call me back so that I can speak to him. This is the worst experience ever. The lack of communication and commitment to myself as a customer is between zero and nothing from this business.
