Halfway Ford Waterfall

Halfway Ford assisted in financing my vehicle, they claimed they were merely trying to assist but instead added purchases to my finance without my knowledge and even invoiced items they did not do. My vehicle was never in their possession yet i was invoiced for a delivery fee, delivery charge, halfway ford shield, smash and grab (was never installed by ford), windscreen protection, warranties which I never asked for and was never explained. it was even discovered that it was done to a few more customers that they assisted.
