Halfway ford Kuilsriver

The worst ford dealership out there, my mom took her vehicle in for repairs and was told it takes 3 days to get authorisation and then 3 days for a part to be delivered. I called Ford South Africa and they said authorisation is done the same day so the dealer is giving wrong information. Also my mom has a full maintenance plan and the dealer told her that she will have to replace her wiper blades too to which I called to advise a guy name Christo who work in the workshop that he will get authorisation from the maintenance plan to have the wipers replaced, after that he received 2 more calls about this wiper blades from us asking if its sorted and he said he will do it again asking if we have a maintenance plan or not but our last conversation he was busy on the system and said he see the maintenance plan. Eventually after so many calls the part got delivered and the vehicle was ready for collection but the wipers has still not been replaced because they need 3 days to get authorisation which is a story they love to tell us even though Ford South Africa said authorisation is done the same day. According to my mom the repair isn't done properly as the clutch feels weird and still gets stuck but for sure I'd rather call Barloworld Ford N1 City and take the vehicle there because Halfway Ford Kuilsriver is just useless. So if I'm you please do not use this dealership at all as they are one of the dealerships that guves the brand Ford a bad name when it comes to after sales service, so take my advice and stay away.
