Halfway Ford Hillcrest

Halfway Ford in Watercrest did the last service on my Ford Focus. Shortly afterwards I noticed that the Oil Filler cap had been sealed with glue. When I asked why I was told that this was a security seal. Now the next service is being done and I have to pay extra because the Oil Drain plug is overtightened and glued in. The Oil Filter is also overtightened and glued in.
