Ford is a big problem when it comes to claims

I belong to a Facebook group, on this group people disgust claim problems from different dealerships, not one of the people on their had any problem with the rubber at the driver side door to have their dealers replace that under warrantee, my Everest have been standing for a week at Halfway Ford Kuilsrivier to replace that rubber under the warrantee, know I receive a call after the car has been standing there for a week that this will not be replaced as Ford says that is normal ware and tear. I will be taking this further, how can all the others on the group have theirs replaced buy I cant
