Bad service, very very bad service and they are liers

If I could I would not even give 1 star. Accusing me of driving with a warning light on, when the warning light never came on. They fitted a PCV hose to my car in November 2020. Late February 2021 my car was there for over heating (warning light came on). They replaced the thermostat housing and the thermostat. Picked up my car, the door was damaged. They blamed the tow truck company. A day later I got the call to say sorry it happened in their workshop. Not even a month later my car over heated again. (Warning light came on). Apparently it was a faulty thermostat that was fitted. I asked for reports to show that the engine did not get damaged. No reports, no tests was done. Now my car overheated according to them (no warning light came on) it was confirmed that the problem was the PCV pipe that was fitted to my car. Took the whole situation up with Ford SA, now it has come back that it was not the PCV pipe that caused the problem, but another pipe. Again my question, why did the warning light not come on if my car overheated. They are Accusing me of driving with the warning light on.
