I purchased a Dell latitude D430 laptop in March 2016 from the aforementioned supplier simply because according to the adverti*****t, it was refurbished and the ad imp**** it was as good as new and for the fact that it came with complimentary Windows XP. When I received the package, I was shocked at the condition of the laptop and the laptop bag. Both were dirty and there are scratches on the surface of the laptop itself which indicates that this is not refurbished. I immediately requested a refund via email because I was tired of calling and leaving messages and no-one getting back to me. I just want a refund and a free return as advertised. The laptop does not have any of the Windows programs such as Word or Excel which is misleading. Stay away from this company, they're customer service is pathetic. I have to date received no formal feedback from the company and am stuck with a laptop that I do not want and cannot use.
