Rusted caps and bottle tops

So 2 weeks back I went to the liquor city and bought 2 six packs red square energizer, so my surprise we opened to start drinking and the caps and bottle tops were full of rust, so I got in contact with halewood, where I sent the pictures to them, the lady pearl responded super fast to solve it, so I went again on friday to the same liquor city in lenasia, hoping it was just that packs, bought again the red square, got home same thing again, I messaged pearl from halewood telling her that again the same problem the caps rusted and the bottle tops have rust, I sent her the new pictures, I asked her should I even send the barcode of that batch so she can maybe check that production line if someone went wrong, she hasn't rep**** back to me and seems to be ignoring me, so its OK to take my money for they product but when there is a complaint you just ignore me and hope I go away, is this customer service when someone complains on a product in all my years of drinking this product I had no complaint on this product, now once I do than I'm ignored.
