Damaged Goods

I purchased a dozen of Caribbean Twist Pinacolada Ciders from Loco Liquor and I found that there was one bottle of Pinacolada that is still sealed however it is only half filled. I contacted Halewood International on *** to report this incident and was advised that a service representative will contact me to resolve this. It was been 2 weeks and I have not received any correspondence from them. I called them again yesterday and was informed that someone will call me back but no one has returned my call. The response I am receiving from such a huge organisation is appalling to say the least.
