Terrible customer service

I have leased out my property through this agency and the service is bad! Someone by the name of Karin Ditchfield is a nightmare is supposed to help with the admin but she has an attitude. I haven't received it this month & when I asked if the tenants haven't paid she didn't answer me, she answered after I asked her the 3rd time, the way she answered was so rude! Previous month she entered into an agreement with a contractor iro my property without my permission &kept insisting I had to pay her contractor, we fought over that also. Her rudeness is the opposite of what customer service should be. If you want good customer service, avoid using Halbe Properties in Pretoria east.
