Terrible agency

I was living in Herronbrook Estate in Esther park Kempton. I moved out on the 27 of November 2020. They accused me of leaving the house in a state. Which is far from the truth. They have not paid the refund of the deposit back to me it is over 21 days and over 30days since I moved out. They are incompete never respond to emails explaining whats going on ive only received terrible service the admin lady responds in a very rude way I have now opened a case because this comp has failed to keep to the contract terms and are in breach of the contract. I've constantly had two years of not communicating when theres changes in the complex constant attitude from the agent Patricia and admim Cheryl. Please dont use this company as a landlord or renter.
