Real estate agent wont give me my other set of keys.

<p>Last year i rented out my house through one of your Agents. Lutendo Ndou. </p> <p> </p> <p>I had the following problem with him. </p> <p> </p> <p>1. he never gave me a copy of the contract i signed and gave me the run around when i asked for it. </p> <p>2. the tenant was in my house for 6 months and always paid the rent late. I feel he was too soft and lenient with her. </p> <p>3. my current problem is that even though the tenant moved out in December he still has not given me back the my second set of keys. i have been requesting my keys for almost six months and he always promises that he will bring them but never does. </p>
