PAY BACK MY DEPOSIT

I have rented a property from this agency from Jan 2020 to Jan 2021. Till today the I haven't got my deposit from the agency. They keep referring me to the owner of the apartment who has since blocked my calls and doesn't reply to any of my messages as she says the agency has to pay my deposit. I'm beyond frustrated witj the service. Even when I was staying there they failed to fix most of the things that were communicated to them. I have been paying rent without fail but now I want my deposit they taking me from pillar to post. I want my money
