Outcome positive result

As per the previous complaint, I truly appreciate the professional way Rajen dealt with this complaint by e-mailing an apology to me & providing me with the rules to read on Monday 16th, informing me the rental place is still available, as well as only a small percentage of the deposit required to secure the rental place. I also received a follow up call on Monday 16th & e-mail from the manager to resolve this, with a positive result :-)
