No owner & body corporate rules received

Rajen said he will only supply the owner & body corporate rules after the contract was signed & full payment of deposits, rental etc. Made & debit order payment received as per e-mails I have as proof. I told him the contract would not be signed until I received this to read & agreed to as contract states this, a contract can not be signed when one does not know what they are agreeing to. This was requested yesterday, as I had the time to read, go to the bank to add the recipient & make payment & fill in the contract to be signed, debit order form completed & signed etc. to be delivered to Rajen at 9:00 this morning. His ********* behaviour to deal with this transaction correctly & professional caused the cancellation of this appointment. As I am in Prince Albert in Western Cape, therefore this had to be done yesterday during working hours as I am the tenant & the one making payment for the rental.
