Halbe properties Equistria- what a disappointment

<p>Halbe properties in Equistria were a disappointment from day 1.</p> <p>They were quick to take my deposit but slow on everything else. They never fixed or cleaned the house from the previous tenant and now that I move out they hold me responsible to fix there problems..</p> <p>They fill in reports and make it look like they care but in fact they are just a bunch of sharks, they don't stand up for you the tenet even when you never missed a payment and looked after the property..</p> <p>Now that I'm moving out they find excuses not to pay back my deposit and say that the landlord forced them to pay my deposit over to him.</p> <p>i would not recommend them to anyone that wants to rent a property...</p>
