Complaint against Halbe Properties

Dear Sir/Madam Halbe Properties was granted permission to sell my property at 98 La Boheme, and this was with their agent (Ade) for almost one and a half years. Subsequently the agent found a tenant by the name of Clifton Mukana who signed a one year lease agreement provided by Halbe Properties. When this process took place there was no transparency regarding the fees/commission charged by them and also the agent did not disclose all the information although he was involved in the sale of the flat, he did not mention it to the tenant but told me that he was a prospective purchaser of the flat. According to the tenant he was not informed of the flat being in the market and secondly like I said there was no transparency regarding the fees/commission charges and I was charged almost R9000.00 for placing the tenant at my flat and the tenant was charged R800.00 for the lease agreement . The issue is that the lease was signed for a year but this tenant has moved out on his own accord without giving me the 30 days written notice, due to the behavior of Halbe Properties agent of non disclosure of information and the lease agreement was breached and also the contract for which Halbe Properties has charged me has not been fulfilled(thus being breached). Halbe Properties refuse to refund the deposit to the tenant. Your kind assistance is required in this regard, please advise/investigate Please may I ask that you confirm receipt of this email.
