10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

If I could give MINUS 5 stars to anyone it would be Halbe properties. We rented a place through them and live there for two weeks before they let us know that the owner had sold the place. We had a week old baby and even though we signed a year contract they gave us two months notice to move out. We had not had a chance yet to pay the R1300 contract fee that they required and then decided to not pay it since THEY broke the contract. It took them weeks to pay back our deposit and even then they deducted the R1300 amount. The place we rented was falling apart and even though we informed them of the problems in the home they never came out to fix it. Doors were falling off, the oven was coming out of it’s socket, and tiled were broken on the stairs so you would slip and fall on the stairs when the chipped pieces came loose. They have no regard for signed contracts and no regard for people. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
