<p>Hello </p> <p>Few weeks ago i got a call from a white lady saying i have been chosen as the best consumer and she said i have won a shopping voucher she had all my information including my banking details. On the 31st of March 2017 R129 was debited from my account i have no idea what this is because i did not authorise such however i did dispute n stop the debited order but i did not receive my money back i would like to find out what steps should i take regarding this because im afraid it might happen again this month </p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>zinhle </p>
