Is Haiybo.com a ****?

I could be wrong, but I think this company is a ****. We bought products from them on 16 Dec to be delivered last weekend. When I started to check on the delivery, it was as if the company has disappeared. Website under construction; no responses to my emails; Cape Town landline goes into voicemail; salesman's mobile goes into voicemail; salesman (John and Chanell) removed their marriage picture from her whatsapp profile. No contact whatsoever. I am trying to find out whether anyone else had a similar experience with Haiybo recently.
