Another shortcut to BAD quality hair & HORRIBLE customer service.

No updates were given as to why it took long to send the hair after i had inquired about availability, ordered and paid for the hair. I had to constantly request updates from her as she never sent the hair on the days she'd promised. She was rude through out the process and sent the worst quality hair. The bob cut was skew, not Grade 10A Peruvian as i had ordered and NOT 10inches! THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE HAIR AND EXTRA COURIER CHARGES I INCURRED OR SEND A NEW WIG AFTER I HAVE RETURNED THE WIG BACK TO THEM AFTER THEY GROSSLY INCONVENIENCED ME.

I would never recommend their bad service to anyone else.
