Bad service by HAIRTALK BY ZEE Beauty Hair Salon in Bloemfontein

HAIRTALK BY ZEE beauty hair salon in Bloemfontein is a total NO. I took my daughter for her matric dance treat which was last Saturday 21 September 2019. The deposit payment and appointments were made as early as August. On Friday 20 September we paid the balance and the owner (Zizipho Mondi) told us to come for the wig fitting the next day at 12h00. She told us that it will take maximum 30 minutes to fit and style the wig because she would be done with setting the wig a day before. We arrived at the salon on Saturday at 11h45, and her staff told us that they can't help my daughter since Zizipho hasn't arrived and she's the only person who fits the wig. We were told to return at 12h30. Only when we arrived, Zizipho instructed one of her assistants to start setting the wig. The setting was done until 14h00, even though we told her that my daughter must be home for the 14h00 appointment with the make up artist. We left the salon at 14h40. What made me angry is that Zizipho couldn't care less, she did not explain the delay and why the setting was only done when we were already there. What's worse is that she didn't even bother to apologise for all the mess and unprofessionalism. I even regretted why we paid the full amount before the service was rendered! I will not recommend anyone to go to that beauty hair salon situated at 142 Nelson Mandela Drive in Bloemfontein. Regards, George Dhlamini
