False advertising for Profit.

After following instructions regarding care of my extension hair from Hair Secrets - the hair has gone from dark brown to strawberry blonde in 2 months. The hair is very dry and knotts very easily. I also recieved 2 different lengths, different to the order I placed and paid for before delivery. The installation salon was recommended by Hair Secrets. I notified Hair Secrets within the first week to inform them the extention hair was very dry and confirmed I was using Sulphate free shampoo. I was told to use oils and that sulphate shampoo dries the hair out? On my 1st maintenance appointment to move the extension up I found out I was not the only client of Hair Secrets that was experiencing the same issues with the hair bought from Hair Secrets. The hair installation salon has since refused to work with Hair Secrets. When I contacted Hair Secrets, I was met with excuses and irrelevant questions on how I slept with my hair? After 2 months the hair has lost its color, is dry and split. I dont use a straightner or even blow dry my hair that gets washed every 5 days. I sleep with it loosely platted. The installation salon can also confirm that I have never colored the extension hair either. To date besides an automated message informing me that if I give them a bad review they will start with legal representation - no resolution has come from Hair Secrets. Please dont buy from them. Their hair is not Remi hair as advertised and they will take your money *****ulently. Fales advertising for profit.
